"Gnome's Home" by Pat Koscienski

"Gnome's Home"

Mixed Media

6" x 6"

"Gnome's Home" is a small 6x6 painting done using gel medium, ink, and acrylics. I could visualize a little forest of mushrooms where little gnomes would enjoy living. Nice warm colors of yellow ochres, burnt sienna, reds & oranges. The University of Arizona Museum of Art fundraiser"Fresh Paint" was a great success last Saturday November 14, 2009. Wonderful food music & art!

With more than 100 artists showing, including University of AZ professors and local favorites, I was very pleased that my painting "Mysterious Shadows" ( an 8x10 mixed media on clayboard)
received a bid and sold. All proceeds of "Fresh Paint" go to the Musem of Art.
